I traded my 30 year old Vitamix for the 3500 series a couple weeks ago and fortunately added the Aer Disc container! These videos get me so excited. I started a notebook of recipes so I don't have to search again and again. You two are a great team 👍
This is such an amazing yet highly impractical addition to their line. It’s just something that sounds so good, but my lifestyle doesn’t accommodate this being something I’d regularly need.
The Vitamix or the Aer container. I have had my Vitamix for over a year. I love it!! I just bought the Aer container a month ago. It is wonderful. Just started using it. I made hot chocolate....delicious!!
Considering that my household has egg allergies and egg-free mayo is SOOOOO expensive (and sometimes not very healthy), this ALONEmakes the container worth it!!
MINE DOESNT WORK!!!!! I put one cup of half n half, set on 5 and all it did was churn the milk for 5 minuites, it never did get foamy or thick,,,very disappointed,,,what is wrong????.
Canola oil IS terrible! One of the worst oils you can buy, and yet you see so many chefs on TV using it. It's cheap, that’s why. Use a really good virgin olive oil or avocado oil. So much healthier for you!
@@bettystroh6504 Yes actually you do. You could make some fluffy mixture resembling meringue but it’s not meringue.. It’s like beyond meat. It resembles meat but it’s not meat at all.
@@LinA-it9vd Nope. The truth is that all foods that aren’t liquid are called meats. You hear it occasionally in things like ‘nut meats, meat or flesh of fruit, coconut meat, etc... The way you use the word may be very small but in language and throughout history the words have larger scope. So yes, it is meringue without egg. It is meat without a corpse, and different ingredients can be used to create a same food.
