Track selection is mad, love this along with your other mixes and own tracks! Just wondering what makes this a ‘live’ set? Thinking of Kink, Robert Hood, Jeff Mills which is more like live production, which is what I thought a ‘live’ set was. Is this a pre mixed set with fx added while recording, which is another type of ‘live’ set? Am I missing something here with the equipment? Not knocking this at all it’s mad! Just not clocked a live set can be this - would someone mind shedding some light pls?

In my point of view there is an evolution of what we call « Live » those days, everyone has is own vision of a live set. In my case, the « Live » mention means a set with my productions wich I play with stems so I can have more accurate transitions and add different FX on each instruments using Ableton. It’s a different approach of a DJ set with a usb key, that lets me create on the spot and control every parts of my own music. It's a not a live as we used to see with a whole band playing instruments or a lot of machines. I’m alone on stage so wether I use a Moog, a TR909 for bass and drums or an Ableton stem, I will have to automate all the instruments because I simply can’t play them at the same time. I used to bring some gears and synthetisers with me before, but I had so many problems with logistics, travel, the size of the booth (very often designed for djs only) and midi sync that I stopped bringing them and focused on the most important : the music that I am going to play 🙂

Is a DJ doing something else than turning the same knobs and letting the decks play? 🙃 Converting tracks from studio to a place like here for live performance is not always easy. Vitess choose a functional approach instead of a show-off I think.
