Vitmossen Wetland, Vöyri 

Vitmossen's two-part wetland has been established on an old peat-based field. Before the wetlands were established, the two parts of the field had water almost all year round, which made farming difficult. Migrating waterfowl and wading birds stopped, especially in spring, to rest in the seasonal wetlands that naturally form during floods.
