It's awesome to see how Viv is currently rocking it in the absence of Beth, scoring very important goals. Very important for Arsenal is the return of Leah and Raffaele, which were very missed in the defence. So interesting that Beth and Viv actually know each other since both were playing under 15! The most important thing for parents is to see their child happy.

i can't wait for christmas so i get my present ( the book!!! ) 🎅🤩 i'm so happy to see viv's back to being her self and having fun with football again. i think she also feels that she has to be strong for beth and that's something viv's good at, take good care of others

I am finishing Beth's book. It's a good read eventho, understanderbly, she avoids alot of Daan in it. I kind of miss some parts. BUT I think it is super cute she writes how the breakup really hurt her and how much Daan means to her. So when you brought up Viv's parents I was thinking Viv's parents might have known Daan's parents better than Beth's before the parents met. It could be a touchy feeling to it all. Speaking of partners in opposit teams, Pernille Harder has a relationship with a Swedish player, Eriksson, and usually it is a bit rivalery between the two Nations.

Was it mentioned why they didn't work out? As in like, perhaps the distance or something like that? I stopped following woso for a period of time and when I came back beth and dvd were no longer a thing so it was a shocker to me considering they were just as cute as nobbs and williamson were

@@lilbuggy6122 Well she claims in the book that it was due to the long distance and it feels like a an half/half that she broke up, not Daan. But she was quite devestated from it and I think there is so much gold in her book in thinking and viewing things. Not only sportwise but also view upon life. She revealse the date she broke up, she compared Viv with Daan, sort of in a way, but she is not writing alot about Daan. But I think it is warm hearted still. Like they are better person that getting stuck in wishing bad things to an X. I do not feel, the little I saw, they were natural with eachother. Not did it feel like 100% relaxed between Viv and Lisa. Leah and Jordan is somehow more like "mirroring" eachother but that can be just me thinking. In the book you will find more info about her and Viv and I think it is bold she dares to write about them as it quite fresh but very little about a person she was in an relationship with, for 4 Years or so.

@@ebbergman well, in my honest opinion I did think they made quite a couple but I can see why you'd have contrasting opinion. I guess things don't work out if it's not meant to happen. I do find it sweet that the times she's mentioned Daan are her pouring out her honest love and affection for her so that makes me slightly happy I' wasn't sure what I felt about beth and viv but your last point does make me slightly biased now Also, would you mind explaining what you meant by wobbs mirroring the other?

@@lilbuggy6122 It is from analyzing videos and photos of them. You know what mirroring eachother is? Yeah love comes and goes and sometimes life gets in the way. So what ever be, I hope the girls are all happy and that is the most important thing.

Yess im Danish and there is This Danish/swedish jokes about eachother thing going on. Kinda like A sibling realationship lol. But you know that picture of Pernille and Magda Kissing at A sweden game at the worldcup 2019 the Danes were more concerned/offended as so Why in the World Pernille Was wearing A swedish kit. The kiss was ofc not A problem but the shirt sure was.

If you want Alex Scott's book, prepare yourself for serious emotions throughout. I laughed and cried at several times during the book. Viv and Beth are seriously cute with Beth's bubbly personality and vivs dry humour they really compliment each other. I love meadema ❤️

Must have been quite strange for Viv’s parents since for them Beth was with Daan, who of course they know well from the Dutch and Arsenal team, and their daughter was together with Lisa for years. But good that it matters most to them that their daughter is happy ❤
