This Storm X from the Vault side quest can be annoying to deal with. Every crit that sneaks through her glancing will raise her combat power rate and it will eventually lead to you taking an unblockable SP2 to the face. Viv's low crit rate and access to both power drain and suppression allow her to ramp easily and painlessly.

I did this fight with my 6* r3 Shocker....He works well because of the heavy assault node....

Any champ who doesn't crit is safe, but be aware that glancing will still cause their abilities to fail if they aren't immune to AAR. Shocker, Guillotine 2099, Sam Wilson should all work well.
