Must add I don,t understand why everybody takes things at such break neck speed - so many nuances - especially where a soloist might otherwise add them - so to speak- then become impossible . For instance, Vivaldi delights in subtle distinctions between augemted and normal intervals, major and minor seconds, and inversions therreof etc -: you can underline this subtly at a reasonable speed: at this kind of speed you just hope to hang on and not fall of the carousel. - Oh well I guess that is the modern world. thanksx again anyway - wonderful to have
