According to me, both Sandeep sir & Vivek sir should come on the screen. Sandeep sir should ask students to come and sit among them. There are two ways: Both can discuss on the ground level. Students who lost money, he/she can able to put his/her views before Vivek sir.
I think naming the program a 10 day MBA is misleading. I can understand the allure of marketing a short course as a real degree, but I don't think anyone can just hand out degrees especially if they aren't UGC, NAAC accredited. The checks and balances are put in place so that certain standards are maintained and every college is graded. A lot of things are factored in such as the background of the faculty / staff, the infrastructure, the curriculum and the syllabus, the selection process of incumbents, the test systems etc. However, I wanted to get your thoughts on something I've noticed in the industry. A lot of professionals are of the opinion that they've mostly learnt from their professional experiences. They often downplay the role their Alma Mater played in their success and say certain things along the lines of "I didn't learn much in College" or "Colleges don't teach you the things you'll need to handle in the real world". They don't attribute their corporate success to the degree. I've heard this from a lot of professionals including those who attended the Ivy leagues or other prestigious universities. So if we say that a consumer may initially have high opinions about the product/ service but he/she is also allowed to change his/ her opinion at a later date due to a declining CSAT, can professionals request universities to rescind their degrees and refund the fees after years of employment? Can they claim the degree did not add any value whatsoever to their career (maybe because it was in a totally different domain or maybe because it didn't give them the career boost they expected)? Can they cut off all associations with their Alma Mater, have their names removed from all records and demand for a full refund? In that case is a university obligated to fulfil that request? Can the candidate approach the consumer court or the higher education board if they feel that the college didn't provide adequate placement support? In Vivek Bindra's case, can Dr. Bindra argue that since knowledge is an intangible commodity, his customers have already reaped the benefits of the course and are simply using CSAT as an excuse to demand a full refund? Can he argue that people are using this "Moneyback guarantee" loophole to get a free course from his team? Likewise can professionals who have benefitted from having a degree from a prestigious Tier 1 university, deny the role the university played in their careers? Many of them now hold important positions, even if the university took back the degree, they wouldn't be able to take back the experience and in many cases the degree did open doors for them in the corporate world.

Aur generally refund jab kiya jaat hai, tab customer saman wapas karte hai, business piase wapas karte hai. Especially in the early days, most people agreed to have conversations with him and eventually invest in his businesses BECAUSE he was a Harvard grad. It's not because he knew 2+2=4. The board also says that his open letter on social media has stoked the flames of anti-Harvard sentiments among regular people. His social media posts have emboldened the haters and have turned away potential students and other investors causing great damage to the university's reputation.
