And I AM that therapist. I wish I could reach out to people and help all those who need it. There's a way out of this pain and I know it from my 2 decades of work.
@@aks6119there’s no help for mine. I can talk about my feelings all day every day, but it’s not gonna take away that darkness from my heart and soul. I have been to therapist that I thought were gonna help me, but my depression is so strong that it literally hurts my body to roll over in bed. It’s a pure struggle when I try to shower. And if I feel like I’m in a confrontational situation, it’s almost as if I’m having a seizure. Oh, and let’s not talk about the anxiety that comes with it, it’s crippling. I’m at the point that I can’t work and people act as if I’m being lazy and just making excuses to not work. I’ve been struggling with this for the past ten years and it’s just getting worse every year. I am a God fearing woman who knows that I would’ve never made it this far without His love and mercy. I know that I need medication for my mental illness, but the doctors are not really concerned with mental health around my area.

@@dishannr But who are you or I or anyone to speak to a person with depression? I have worked in mental health too and connecting Sushant's death with depression is a very clever trick. So let's not do all that. All who claimed to know about mental health and slandered Sushant were extremely unprofessional and certainly not who I would call qualified mental health professionals, because no mental health professional speaks in that manner. So my suggestion is if you really want to help persons with depression(any), and I am not speaking of Sushant at all but generally; then what you can do is don't talk about what you don't know about. If it's suicide I have some things for u to think over 1) how come his manager die just a few days ago and why did he change Sim card multiple times within just a few days 2) why did rhea leave him just a few days before his death? 3) why were cctvs not working in any of the bldgs around his house although it's such a posh area 4) why was his frnd sandip singh who had cut off from ssr suddenly active in everything like cremation etc of Sushant 5) y does nitesh Rane keep bringing this up to attack aditya thackeray as though it's some sort of blackmailing going on.
