I love this talk and all the insights you share through this channel. I would like to comment on the subject of sin. So I was raised in a Christian family where sin was the norm. As I grew older I began to let go of that idea and realized everything was perfect as it was in my view. But the other day I atoned for the karma of this body, I opened myself up to all of the choices I've made with the knowledge of its consequences. After this, a feeling of peace so deep and transcendent filled the room. It was the holy spirit and it filled me with its Love and showed me I was That. This was not a vision but a realization of our connection to all. I just wanted to share and send my compassion to everything. Graces♡
Often I find myself in a state of mental uneasiness. Swamiji’s clarity calms me down. I see the world around me as a mere spectator who’s entrusted with some work in his lifetime. I embrace detached attachment, what he explains as ‘disinterested’. This universe keeps surprising me then on.
Fan though I am of Swamiji, I almost skipped this one, thinking it would just be about doing good works. But (I should have known), it was profound and excellent.
No words to express my happiness. So much to learn in sanatan. Read Bhagwat Gita many many times, but Swamiji explained its essence in few sentences. Thank you Swamiji
Today, another Warrior is watching your video, and his eyes are opening, he is certainly not a king, but a lot warrior of today. That's the most accurate adjective that I use to describe myself. Because I am a civilian who is a Ksatriya by Virtue and Skill. Please bless me if you feel I am worthy of that.
Swamiji a pure soul(still working in a formless form), all his activities were simply soul's vibrations to uplift masses souls to their full potential to bring back Sanatan Dharma values in real life, for peace and harmony in the world. Jai Shree Ramakrishna.
swamiji...immense thanks this satsang too by thakurji for people like us ...so far away and i don't think we will be ever have the privilage to listen to you in person.
Swamiji pranaams. You make seemingly difficult things easy to grasp and understand. I am going to dwell on what I heard, as you advised, and try to put it into practice. I understood How easy it is to make our life a beautiful experience if only we discard all the junk stuffed into us at various stages in our life.
Swamiji told... Once day... The meaning of Sadhu is Good.. How can be sadhu good external? Good or bad in your mind dear.... In our universe... There have only goodness...upon God.
Swamiji Maharaj ,Salutations at Thy Lotus Feet for your wonderful lectures .Om Namo Sri Ramakrishna Bhagawan,Sarawak Martha and Swami Vivekananda Maharaj.Thank thank Maharaj.
Pranam Swamiji.at this 22:21 of this very good lecture of your's it reminds me of Sw.Vivekanadji's thus spake reading decades before"Not the least compromise on any account, preach the highest truth & further on benefits of truth to a individual which is at times a very life saving...for this life's actual purpose...
This is so true.. As in Bhagvad Geeta Bhagwan says " Sarvasya Chaham Hrdi sanni vishto.." Adhyay 15 Verse 15. Also in Upnishads it is told "Tat Twam Asi '. Thanks for this Pravahan Swamiji.
If it is oneness and consciousness is pure and one existence why some are bad human and some are good being. Pronam swami I am really benefiting from your lectures.
Vedanta shown Behind the idea of the unity of the whole show the real Soul is one there is one Soul throughout the universe all is One Existence this idea of the real basic solidarity of the whole universe
Question: Does satisfying your own curiosity will be considered a selfless act as per Karma Yoga or is it a selfish thing to do as you are satisfying your mind?
Satisfying your curiosity isn't actually a selfish act if you want to gain the knowledge for the betterment of humanity, since it is done for the profit of others and hence on a spiritual plane. But if your curiosity aids in feeding your ego that is if you gain knowledge to satisfy your mind, it is on the material plane, due to which you gain ahamkara and you treat others as inferiors, then it will be considered as a selfish thing since you have benefitted from your act. So the ultimate is to be like a lotus leaf. Do actions that benefit others but not you. That's it
Swami Vivekananda said as the grip of religion had slackened In the absence of any normative higher principles man was in fear of becoming too materialistic and selfish for the coming times the understanding of divinity of man could give deeper meaning of human life
