This commercial machine makes cotton candy quick and professionally! Smaller ones doesn't make the floss as fluffy and it is much slower. Cheaper ones requires you to stop the motor and start it back up. Clean up is also super easy by putting a little water in the center. Bowl is stainless steel and easy to clean. A GREAT machine, love it.
