What he probably implies is that phone brands under Transsion Holdings, namely Tecno and Infinix, do not typically provide software updates or do not openly announce how many years will be supported for updates, or upgrades. Hence, the term, "hindi updated" was mentioned. Vivo, on the other hand, provides security patches and updates at a given amount of years. It's just that it can't compete with other smartphones with higher specs and bang-for-the-buck prices currently offered in the same entry-level to midrange market.
