They sound so great with their new singer killing it! Great backing vocals too. Bass and drums are tight.Their enthusiasm is always very contagious. Great melodic playing by Britt as always.
Love the new singer. Britt is a phenomenal guitar player. They are sounding awesome and would love to see these ladies live. Saw them back in the day opening for Bad Company
Man, the entire front is a cover band! Roxy is all that is left! The bassist was supposed to be taking a break but she has zero plans to come back! Vixen went from being a good band to being a cover joke!

Unreal. Rosa is amazing! Absolutely love her voice. Perfect fit. Rosa's also a great songwriter. I'd like to see these women write some new music together. Give us some new Vixen music!
She did not want the other three to use the name, that’s why they used their initials when they played together all those years ago! Jan would also be pissed that the band is basically a cover band now!

It depends on from what era you compare them. In early 90`s Vixen`s vocalist Janet Gardner was just as good if not better IMO. She hit higher notes in her prime vs new vocalist. The version they are playing in this video sounds like a whole note lower than when they played same song live in 1991. That doesn't take away that the new Vixen vocalist is good too though.

The new singer sounds like the original singer did 30 years ago. I think the drummer is the only original member at this point. There seems to be a lot of 80's bands that are basically cover bands at this point. Foreigner, Journey etc....
Although this is really just a cover band I'd still go see them they sound good. I saw Bobby Blotzers Ratt they sounded great also but it wasn't Ratt like this isn't Vixen. I saw them open up for Bad Company in 89 that was a great show.
@@guitarjunky24 It is a cover band. You can explain it all you want but it doesn't change the fact. I guess Steven Adler's new band is Guns and Roses 😆. Sorry having Roxy in the band doesn't make it Vixen. Come on. I think bands with only one original member left should add something to the name. I'm sure people have bought tickets seeing the name Vixen then show up and wonder who the hell are these people up on stage.
