I can see the sweat on actors, their wrinkles, and pores. It’s incredible. I’m so used to 1080p and less. I’m used to blurry 4K also. This doesn’t feel like a cheap tv.
just bought mine for 399, upgrading from my 42 inch... i never had any issues with vizio (besides the poor sound) , they are solid and most importantly they LAST , other brands clock out after a couple years Update : after year of owning this tv it started to developed these horizontal lines all across the screen , i did research and everyone else is having the same issue with this model, its a shame this happened because i held vizio in high regard, but it looks like they went cheap with there materials, wont be buying again
Bro I been saying the same shit !!! I’ve had multiple Vizios over the years and none of them left me hanging!! They all worked excellent for multiple years!!
Defintley get this tv. Bypass smartcast with pc and consoles and you will have a much better experiance. I will suggest a 5.1 vizio soundbar...adds a nice touch and all this on a budget...
Literally just bought this in the 65 today on sale and snagged a PS5! I didn’t see this video before buying but now that I see what this TV is all about I’m not disappointed for the price point! Excited to hook it up and start gaming! I was debating the Samsung Q70a but if I’m spending that much I’m just going to wait until I move and have space for the 80in. Then this 65 will make a great bedroom TV😉
Be honest, does it give you a high quality appeal similar to LG or Samsung oled?Because I see that it's on sale and I'm considering it over a samsung uhd
Yes, it’s a QLED, very different than OLED, it’s a good budget TV, that’s for sure, but I’m gonna have to say Samsung QLED will more than likely be a little better. But by no means is this a bad TV, it was my main bedroom TV for a while and I never had any issues
@@alexcordel dang! I currently have a 42inch Vizio v series. It has 1080p 120hz and is perfect for my series x! I just want a bigger model for casual gaming 4k 120hz. Thanks!!
I got this tv a few weeks ago and it’s had a high pitched electronic whistling sound going constantly. I returned it and got a the same model and it’s doing the same thing. Is anyone else having this issue?
Eh, I’ll be honest, they don’t sound like anything special, if I was gonna use it as my main TV for my consoles I’d get a sound bar at the least. They aren’t bad, they just don’t “wow” me or anything
I recently bought one and read reviews of different brands for close to 6 hours. Bought the Vizeo and incredible TV at a very affordable price. On gaming in 4K a totally different experience and overall just a very good TV.
It’s not a gaming monitor, by far, so I can expect a little input lag, do you know the ms by any chance? If under 40ms, I’d say that’s normal for that TV if it’s the 2020+ model
@@alexcordel I’m not sure. From what I saw online it said 10 Ms but you can feel the delay. It’s a very good TV tho with VRR and ALLM but just isn’t for competitive gaming.
My TV's speakers weren't working and I was trying to restart it to see if it'd work, but I somehow screwed up the remote's pairing I think. Can someone please tell me where the power button is precisely? Mine is wall mounted and while I know it's somewhere on the back, I am unable to find it Found it. If anyone else needs it, the little protrusion with the indicator light has the power button on its underside. My TV still isn't turning on so that's discomforting. Speakers not working, then the remote not working except to turn it back off, and now nothing. I'll unplug and see where we are. It's working and the remote is still paired. Still no volume. Even after factory reset the audio still doesn't work. FML. The TV is only a few months old
Make sure audio is set to tv speakers and not Bluetooth/av receiver/etc. never hurts to check! If it is set to tv speakers and no audio, with it only being a few months old, get ahold of Vizio and I’m sure they’ll warranty it for you
@@alexcordel yeah that's what I was thinking. I checked all those settings before factory resetting it, and especially afterwards it shouldn't have any issues. My TV has been off for a while because I haven't used it, but last time I did use it on Bluetooth so I thought it was hung up on that, so I unpaired it and I also unplugged an optical cable that was still plugged in. Audio output was speakers and they were set to on. Last night I gave up and just used the Bluetooth again. I'll see if an aux cable works better. Optical didn't allow me to control the sound bar volume, and Bluetooth times out after being idle and I have to go get up and turn it back on. Also the back of my TV cabinet fell off in this endeavor :(
Sounds like a lot 😕 sorry! If you wanted to use soundbar tho and control audio with remote, you’ll need a soundbar with HDMI ARC, works pretty well, that’s what I use
@@alexcordel okay, thanks. This soundbar is pretty old at this point, so it might be time to upgrade. Funnily enough I got it like 7 years ago when the audio went bad on my last Vizio. That one was just old and the audio would distort if it was left on too long, but the problem gradually got worse until it was always distorted
Even though its full array it does not have dimming zones compared to other more expensive VIzios, and having vvr dosent really matter if the tv caps at 60hz
Ok what do you expect for a $330 QLED tv with VRR, Airplay, HDR, and Chromecast? A miracle? It's not a revelation but if you want high end shit you gotta pay more for it....
Even if the TV caps at 60hz, VRR still has an effect on games that have unstable frame rates. Doesn't matter what the cap is, the only thing you should look at is the minimum range because that's when VRR won't work if it drops below that
That’s a good question, I found this - “While Vizio TVs are designed in the United States, they are actually made in several different countries: Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Thailand and Mexico. That's because Vizio outsources 100% of its manufacturing to third-parties such as BOE, Foxconn, Innolux, KIE, Tonly, TPV and Zylux.”
QLEDs are pretty good for bright rooms, but I’m not much of a sport watcher, so I’m not sure on that. It does have a high motion rate and low input lag tho, that’ll probably help with fast paced sports
So far I haven’t had any problems at all. I use the TV every day, however, I don’t game on it, but for just watching TV and movies, I really can’t complain with the quality to price ratio.
@@alexcordel I don't game either. Just watch TV and streaming. For the price I paid at the time I can't complain. The TV is 13 months old now and it's had several firmware updates and has made the TV a little better. Overall I'm satisfied with my Vizio OLED purchase.
That’s a good question, both are very comparable TVs. I’d probably still choose the Vizio though, as the screen specs seem to be a little better, but the Samsung is also a very good competitor and it’s a bigger name brand imo.
@@alexcordel I recently picked up the 43" Samsung AU800 about 3 days ago. But recently just came across this VIZIO at Costco an its the 55" version for $299 instead of the $350 I paid for my 43" Samsung. This VIZIO also supports Dolby Vision, VRR, and has HDMI 2.1 ports while the Samsung doesn't support any of those features. My only worry that's holding me back is people have been saying VIZIO TV's have had a huge problem with firmware recently, have you had any trouble?
@@Dopey97 That’s what I mean by the bigger name brand being Samsung, their OS is better imo and I’ve heard their customer service is better (haven’t had to contact Vizio or Samsung customer service, so I can’t confirm). If I were you though, I’d return and exchange for the Vizio, especially if the 55” is on sale for that low. The screen is for sure better than that model Samsung and I’m still using the Vizio and have had 0 issues with it so far other than one little bug in the startup process, and a simple restart to the TV resolved that. Other than that, I think it’s an amazing TV for the price point!
@@alexcordel True, I've heard the same about the OS on Samsung being a bit better an smoother but the Vizio seems to be ahead in all other places. I've also had a couple instances where mine has already froze and at the same time when it comes to apps an all that I usually result to my PS4 so ain't the biggest issue. I think I'm gonna take you up on your word an go for it! Thanks for the quick replys!
Has anyone had any issues with black screen or not picking up inputs? All inputs at once too. Mine has done it twice in the past month. I reboot then it's fine. Just curious if there's a flaw before my warranty ends or if it's a normal thing with the m7.
@@alexcordel I'm pretty excited honestly i was looking up gaming TVs and ended up finding this and I think it will be well worth it and best bang for the buck!
Have my eye on the 65" that's going on sale tonight at Sam's club. Can I get your opinion? What's better, this tv or the Samsung TU700D? We were going to get that one until I saw this Vizio.
They’re both gonna be very similar tbh, Samsung probably has a little better warranty support and is technically the bigger brand name, but quality wise, I think they’d be about the same
@@alexcordel 🤔 okay. Well the nice thing is that Sam's offers a 3 year warranty just by purchasing it as a member. The thing that we really loved was the picture on the Samsung since they had it on display at the store, I only saw this TV online but the specs looked similar. Alexa works okay with it?
@@alexcordel 😆 we currently have a Fire TV so we have her do everything, play our shows, pause, rewind, etc. very convenient. So just making sure we can still do that with this tv! So you think either way they will be very similar? Even in picture ?
Hmm, I’m not sure if Alexa could do all that with these TVs, never tried, the thing about FireTV and Alexa is they’re both Amazon, so they go hand in hand lol. But I would say both these TVs are very similar, yes, even in picture
what are you even talking about. 60hz is the minimum standard nowadays and it's certainly still playable. it's $299 and you think you're gonna get 1000hz or smth ? LMAO okay
