Great Realization regarding Physical fitness Camille! Good reminder for me. If you can speak like this and convince one person a day, what a difference you will make or save a life a day. Be inspirational and make that balance between eating well and working out. Thank you Camille.
Hi Ms. Camille! Magka-edad tayo at magka edad din ang Kuya ko at ni John and ikaw yung iniidolo ko since bata pa ako. I am proud of you as always. We have the same outlook about going to the gym. I started enjoying gym exercise at the age of 38 and now its part of my lifestyle which I want to keep until old age. It is a game changer for me and it really improves my sense of self-discipline. I hope to meet you someday in person. God bless you and tge whole family more. 💖🙂
Nice…. Exercising IS very important. It’s actually “moving”. No matter what it may be. Be it running/ jogging, riding a bike, walking, swimming, hiking… etc. I ran for more than 26 yrs. I thought I would never stop running. But at age 44 I developed a frozen shoulder. Wear & tear for me. I have no vices at all. Never drank, never smoked etc. Therefore I had to stop running, also my knees started to bother me, and my hips. So I shifted to road biking, and more hiking. But no matter what I did, the aches were on & off. It’s all natural, and comes with age🙁But the key is to keep on moving. Hindsight is, I thought running hills was good for my heart, ( which it was,) although it did harm to my knees & hips. I don’t regret anything… in fact now I ride on weekends & do Pilates reformer every morning. … just sharing. Gotta take good care of ourselves, to be able to take care of our loved ones & to enjoy more of LIFE💓
