Look at how the tables turn. I’m a battle rap fan who watched Math complain about not getting paid enough for years, and blamed his bad showings on not being motivated by what he was paid. But yet he accepted that pay while it’s what was budgeted. Now that he’s in the boss position, he’s against paying his guests and even shaming other platforms that ‘overpay’ because they’re “fuckin up the game” for him when guests expect the same pay.

Not hard to believe platforms are blowing money. In this strange new tech world, overspending is an actual strategy. For example, most of these tech layoffs would have happened regardless. They purposely hire way more people than they need, to make it look like growth to the shareholders. Then, on the back end, they go layoff all these extra people, and then call it, “Cost cutting measures.” Oh look at us, we’re so fiscally responsible. At the end of the day, doing interviews or whatever else is always a gamble. Analytics are useful when it's the same person interviewed by multiple platforms, but sometimes you have to deal with difficult people but that one random person who "didn't do numbers yet" could potentially be prolific and licensed down the line. I understand what Vlad is saying from a "business" point of view but it's also why people DON'T want to fuck with him. He didn't get here with an ego but now it's blatant how he vents to his "regulars" about his behind the scene beefs and why he doesn't fuck with up and comers early on. It's all ego greed and money, nothing about the culture

It’s confusing why he’s kept this approach after years of people clowning him for it. I feel like in the past few years since coming out from behind the camera he’s been on an ego trip & trying to make up for the lost time he’s kept his life somewhat private? Maybe this is his way of documenting and leaving behind a legacy? Interrupting interviewees cuz not too many ppl care to interview him?? Idk but the narcissism is prevalent
