Корен проблема је био још у претходном уређењу Краљевине Југославије која је од старта постављена накарадно а зашта се наш војвода Мишић није залагао да још 1918. формирамо савез са Хрватима, већ да одмах формирамо две државе до ових проблема данас набих било. Међутим великим силама је одговарала Југа јер је у старту представљала прелазно решење, за самосталност Хрвата и Словенаца које не бих добили да су их окупирали Италијани и Аустријанци. Једном речју не бих да дужим историјску расправу. Тачно је и ту си управу да је Усташка емиграција радила на разбијању Југославије. Има једна реченица једног хрватског политичара Јосипа Смодлаке 1918. коју је рекао када се правила Југославија. Пришао ми је дан од колега и рекао: Шта си урадио докторе (Смодлака) уништио си 800 година залагања за слободну Хрватску. Смодлака је одговорио: Нисам уништио само Хрватску него и Србију и уместо њих имамо Југославију. Из овог се види да је циљ и онда као 1991 био да ослаби Србија. То је касније искоришћено у разбијању Југославије а Срби као по обичају ништа нису знали јер они који су у Србији за ово знали су ћутали.
