I read about a member in the GSW/AT FB group that had these and said the projectors are optimized for HID so figured why not, no real difference in price/complexity. You can certainly use a D2H LED kit as well which likely still has some kit that needs to be tucked away in the housing.
@@karstgeo7290 Thanks! I’ll probably get these ordered and figure out the bulbs after. Funny I almost went with the Deauto LED that you had on your Halogen housings (I have a ‘19 Sportwagen S) but this video made me reconsider!
It would be tightttt. Someone with these told me it takes a mini H7. I don't want to mess with the driver thing having to bring it external anyway. These work fine.
