I loved that whole coffee conversation! When I was in nursing school, every morning I would stop at the same donut shop to get my coffee before class. Every day these 5 older gentlemen would be there talking and telling stories. Every morning they would ask me how school is going and we would have a nice little visit, it was such a nice part of my day. I totally get what you’re saying. I particularly remember the rainy days and how cozy and welcoming that donut shop felt.

Omg y’all would love my coffee shop! On Wednesdays a bunch of older ppl come in and sit in a big circle of 15-20 ppl playing fiddle and folk instruments for 2 hours :,) it’s so pure and magical and sweet

FYI in europe people don't live with their parents until they get married! at least in the north we move out kind of young, as soon as we go to university. I live in mexico now and here people do stay with their parents longer :)

The homes are gorgeous!! We just got a stamped concrete patio installed this week and I found a custom stamp that makes the concrete look like old wood planks. Its freakin' awesome and beautiful!! Anyways when we went to pay the crew one of the guys said, wow! It looks so amazing- I wish this was at my home, he laughed a little and then said well I don't even own a home. I haven't stopped thinking about that- don't get me wrong, my husband and I have worked really hard for what we own and love our beautiful 2300 sq.ft home but there are times that I would love a different style home on a bigger lot- etc and have a home like the ones with parade of homes but geez how fortunate am I to just have a home. Just a reminder to all, be thankful for what you have- my parents always said there will always be someone who has more than you and someone with less...the stuff doesn't make you happy...just be thankful no matter what!! Anyways just wanted to share as we all look in awe at these beautiful extravagant homes...

I hope there is furniture line coming or a clothing line collaboration. I’m excited

I totally get that coffee shop cozy vibe! ✨I used to work at a Starbucks with elderly locals and it was just super homey 🧡 When I moved and had to transfer stores it was definitely not cozy or homey. 😞 Crazy how those little things matter 🥰✨

Omgggg! Yesss! One of the biggest things I miss about home (Croatia) is hanging with friends and going for coffee! It’s literally a religion back home, people relaxing and going for coffee all the time! It’s really important part of life. In US that is pretty much non existent and it’s sad, love that you guys said that and notice that. ♥️

Yeah in Australia most kids stay home even up until their late 20s! Mainly due to our university culture, staying at your family home is much easier as you tend to attend a university in your home city. It is also very family-focused down here

Coffee convo reminds me of Shaker Square, Cleveland Ohio “Dewey’s Coffee” (no longer there) but hands down it was THE best coffee shop! Family/friends & neighbors…nothing beats that. I miss the older men playing chess on warm days…..life was in that shop🙌💯

I'm Australian and yes we typically stay home till we're a lot older (however I have a European background). I moved out at 24 but the vast majority would move out of home at around 28-30 due to house prices being insanely ridiculous and owning a property being unachievable for many here :(

Hi guys! Great video! Interesting to hear your opinion about the people visiting Starbucks. I totally agree with younger people tuning out from what is going on around them b/c of technology. I guess they think it's great and are happy not socializing compared to us, enjoying morevof the social aspect. I feel like they're missing out right? The house tour was FABULOUS!!!! In Australia is very diverse when it comes to living with family or moving out at a young age very multicultural and just every household is completely different and most 18 + yr olds can’t afford rent here . I find so fascinating about Starbucks in US we are super passionate here about our coffee in Aus and Starbucks here is usually for fun not really for coffee hit .

Australian viewer here… I would definitely say that here most people live close to their families if possible as to drive to any state is usually 8-10 hours drive minimum, which I guess in turn makes families probably see each other often as they typically live close by and therefore “live in each other’s pockets” 😂
