I have a question. If a passenger carries more than 7 kgs carryon luggage, then is it upon ground staffs decision to allowed to carry more than 7 kgs of carryon luggage. Because I have a bad experience with ground staff. 1. Once I had extra luggage, the checkin counter staff charged me and directed me to the billing table. The guy charged me around 3-4 thousand rupees and said that I would get my receipt in email. Whereas I haven't received any email. May be they made me BHAKRA n had party. 2. Once I have arguments with the staff about my carry-on luggage. A guy has excess luggage in checkin and is allowed to transfer to his carryon bag, whereas he complained about my excess luggage n after argument he wrote 9 kgs carryon weight on ny boarding pass.
