A Mum to 3 sons and 2 daughters my life was forever changed 22 years ago when 1 of my children Krystie was diagnosed with degenerative genetic illness (Friedreichs Ataxia). Life doesn't stop; you don't get a pass out of day to day life - My Vlog is just me talking about a life lived with challenge, the good bad and ugly. Raising children, career, supporting Krystie through her challenges - just generally getting on with life amidst the juggling and chaos. The ups and downs, the emotional roller coaster and the exhaustion (but joy) of managing it all.
Krystie's life was short - just 29 years but she taught me so much and enriched my life. If our experiences help people in some small way - then I'm happy to share our stories through talking.

(Please note that I am currently living with facial paralysis, hence my slightly off facial expressions. This affected me in June 2019; medical opinion is that in part this will be related to grief and loss.....stress; its a lot better than it was but only time will tell if I will recover completely..... life!!! )
