Hi there! thank you for your comment. There is no formal contract with like this room. You are just require to pay 1month rent upfront prior to move in. However some landlord are very kind to allow you to move in and just settle the rent in your next pay check (or Salary Date). And because there is no contract there is no minimum or maximum stay you are allowed but it depends on your landlord if he/she renews the tenancy contract to the real estate. - I hope that helps. 😊
Hi Jan Lim ☺️ in this particular flat unfortunately it’s currently full. But I am not sure about the other flats in other floors 🤭 this building is called Al Rostamani Building in Al Maktoum Road near clock tower📍- you can always check with the security down for sure they can assist you. 😇
Hey Sis, nope fridge are note included in monthly rent. We normally have freedom to take your own appliances as long as it fits in your room 🤭 if not its also okay because the landlord provides common fridge in the kitchen 😉
