Being a mom is beautiful but hard. Ftm here & I never expected to feel any emotions bt the first month was so hard for me I was tryin so hard not to feel anxiety & cried when I felt lonely even though I wasnt lonely I had help but it was jst alot for me. Asking for a friend lol Whats the nasal spray for? For dry nose Or just to help you breathe? I struggle with those two things a lot so whenever I blow my nose it bleeds I’m a mom of two toddlers age one and three.

That guilt continued for me my 3rd baby is 1 already and i thought after my 2nd i wouldn't have no guilt and nop all that guilt came right back with my 3rd and it was so hard but it definitely gets better
