Don’t starve yourself you don’t have to stave to lose weight just watch your portions and move more than you eat drink plenty of water. And if y’all gonna be gone all day bring you some healthy snacks with you. ❤

I get how you feel ! I think it’s bc of age . It’s like after 25-27 , the weight did not drop how it used too! In the past I could eat clean workout and drink water , and be good ! Now I’m on week 4 and I feel less bloated but ain’t dropped a pound 😭… u good ! DO YOU ! 🤌🏽✨🥰
On this journey I suggest finding healthy foods you like and enjoy because it also requires a lifelong lifestyle change. The temp diets doesn't work becuase as soon as you stop clean eating it'll come back. Theres also sources that says long term hookah smokers gain weight over time you should research and do a trial and see if you lose more weight without hookah.
.tbh the only reason it doesn't work is lack of consistency. if you were to make a food diary and wrote don EVERY single thing you eat, you'll notice how munch or/& how high caloric dense food you eat. I'm your situation and i've started the food diary and it's telling 🤣 🤣 also i have issues with my thyroid and makes it more difficult to lose the weight, but not impossible. AND food addiction and over eat is a thing and it's a ED too. Consistent for a full month an you start seeing changes.
People are so aggy! I tried Ozempic for awhile ain’t nothing wrong in with it as long as you follow the directions for using it and you don’t try and over do it! I never had any adverse reactions from it either…
I feel like you being to restricted on your weight loss journey if you just count your calories you can eat what you want. Being too restricted can make you feel more hungry.
exactly that’s where ppl mess up. they get on diet mode and eat foods they don’t even want. just eat less of the shit u already eat! eat more protein and healthy fats and less snacking
I think they re-homed him because he kept using the bathroom in the house , even after they would take him to use the bathroom he kept using it in his kennel etc.
Yall keep trying to find quick ways to lose weight and the moment u stop taking them shots ur weight will come back even more so be prepared to take these shots forever !!!
