I remember the days when I was a fresher. Like you said switching companies will help to increase package and that happened to me as well. I got my second company with 100% hike and my 3rd company 40%. I also feel women should keep working just to make sure you can take care of yourself i always believe in that u can feel confident and bold❤

No dear, please don't quit. From my personal experience I'm saying. First one or two months nala irukum then samma bore adikum, life rombo dry uh irukum, ayo athu oru kodumaiyana life. Enaku rombo complex aayiduchi vera, rombo depressed aayiten then my husband literally begged me to rejoin just for my sake and I'm quite ok now. Grass is always greener on the other side. DONT QUIT YOUR JOB. If you want to take a break, please do it after baby for 2-3yrs. Athu oru nala refreshment uh irukum but ipo Venda d ma. If you are trying to be a full-time RU-vidr, yes that's a good idea to quit but job bore nu quit pana then regular homemaker life atha vida mosama irukum.

One tip from my side if yu don't mind, if yu want to make food very tasty. Leave thadka atleast for 5 to 8 min in sim with occasional stirring. Then add ingredients. By the way your IT journey is very similar to mine. I started April 2013, it's my 3rd org, having mental torture feeling like taking break
