Hey sis I've had extreme eczema when I was your son's age too. Had to change a lot around my lifestyle. Clothes should be washed with non bio products, avoid sea food like prawns, daal and eggs, use aveeno as a moisturiser and and bathe him with oats. Alhamdulilah it's been over a decade and it's settled, still have the marks from my childhood but I haven't had an infection as I used to when I was younger. Hope this info helps. I've seen my mum struggle with my skin so I can relate x
