I think u guys have fitted new tank cap for 800. Old generation have hole in tank cap/seal so that air can pass through it.

One of the main dangers of unvented tanks is the risk of deformity or tank rupture. As fuel is consumed from the tank, a vacuum is created which can cause the tank to collapse.

Check the petrol tank cap. Maybe there is some vaccum relief hole jammed during painting. There is a pressure equiliser system in the cap for some vehicles.

For 800 issue, try checking fuel tank ventilation system else install pressure relief valve It should surely solve the problem

Raghav Bhai I have noticed the same issue in other vehicle. I reason is vaccum creating inside the fuel tank, remove the oring which is on the fuel cap lid and you cannot see the problem again.

Just make a small hole in a flue cap this will hopefully solve your problem try and test it if it works then arrange an original flue cap for it....

The vacuum generation issue is probably due to a blocked canister vent line/fuel return line, or the canister itself being a faulty one.

Tank ki inlet cap me ek rubber gasket hai... Use nikal do problem solve ho jayega....

May want to check the fuel return line when you’re at it.

Please check you 800 tank air pipe that can be clogged up that pipe is located side of the filler nozzle

@Raghav - the tank shrinks due to fuel pressure Fuel tanks usually create pressure in it when its filled and car is driven.

Sir engine compartment me ek black box laga hai. Us me tank ka gas pipe laga rahta hai use nikaal do tank ka pichakna band ho jayega

Fuel filling point has a Breather pipe that allows for the Gases & vaccum to vent.. Check breather pipe & replace filling cap.. mseal won't stay, if vaccum is continuously generated
