Hey everyone, today we see the Euro 4 spare for Maribyrnong in the Friday Zone of Footscray.
I have filmed this driver at the start of the new Four Seasons Waste contract on the second day of collections in the Dennis SPAK 3. I was also the first to film the new contract as well but no one has ever seen or filmed the spare. But as soon as I heard a Euro 4 SPAK 2 was in Maribyrnong, which was back in December, on the 7th of January, I was on my way home from Hobsons bay and I landed in Footscray for an eye test. I thought why not film something while Im here.
I spent about 30 minutes hunting for green waste that never turned up while i was around. I looped the area at least 3 times until I reached Footscray Park, that's when I heard a Euro 4 turning right into Moore Street coming back from the tip. I thought that was green waste but I saw it again in a street starting another load, it picked up garbage which kinda disappointed me but at the same time I saw the same driver who drove the Dennis at the start of the contract. And I thought I wasn't gonna let it go without a video.
We also see a Port Phillip truck, Unit #983 towards the end of the video, I wanted to film that but I lost it shortly after chasing it down. My main focus was the Euro 4 anyway so I just went back to get a final clip before letting it go.
I have honestly no idea where this truck came from, if anyone can clarify, that would be great.
