We celebrate San Jorge's day because it's a Hero of a legend of the medieval Aragon kingdom from Spain, he killed a dragon to save the princess and from the wound a rose goes instead of blood and that's why we gift roses. Hahaha the day you refer to in Spain is called "San Jorge" and it's also considered the day of the book, that's why (traditionally) men got a book as a present and women got a rose, but nowadays most women are gifted a book too :D PS: Love your vlogs!
