I got dengue and now I'm feeling better, but I still need to rest for 1 week. I drank so many herbal medicines, water and other hydrating fluids!
I started to have fever on August 5, 2022 until August 10, 2022. I got admitted in the evening of August 11, 2022 until August 13, 2022. Thankfully now I'm in the recovery stage!
Did you know that Dengue has 3 stages!?
Stage 1: You will experience very high fever! Body aches and all the symptoms of dengue!
Stage 2: This is the most critical stage where your platelets will start to drop! Your fever will stop too, you might think you're finally feeling well, but DO NOT take this stage LIGHTLY. Because once your platelets severely drop, you can suffer from dehydration and internal bleeding! This stage usually takes 3 days!
Stage 3: This is the last and final stage where your Platelets will now go back to normal and you have finally overcome the virus! You still need to take a rest! Congratulations and remember to always use a mosquito repellent lotion or spray!
Note: Dengue has no medicine, you need to drink lots of water, I drank Gatorade and Pocari sweat ( not sponsored by the way) and also a lot of herbal! Like Tawa-tawa tea, avocado leaves tea, and Papaya leaves extract.
Once your platelets drop go to the hospital! The dextrose will help with hydrating your body, but you still need to drink a lot of fluid! anyways stay safe guys!
