Please don’t be tough on yourself. This is an invaluable experience, as the little baby girl is growing inside of you. You will have all the time of this world, when she’s grown up a bit, to make up for everything that needed to be paused. 🙏🏻 P.S. I am only a year older than Sonny, but, the level of adorable is infinite. He’s just… I can’t. 🥰♥️
When I hit the 20 week mark and had to really start being mindful of my lifting (20lb limit), I didn't realize what I lifted on an almost daily basis that exceeded that limit. When I tell you I feel useless 😂😂 it's insane what being pregnant opens your eyes to. Congratulations on your little girl!! 🩷🩷
It sounds to me you're experiencing perinatal depression. Even if it's just a little bit. I would suggest talking with your doctor as soon as you see them next and just let them know what you're feeling. Many hugs and prayers from America 😘❤🙏
