Maybe test a lawn spiking machine. Might help aerate and drain better around the roots? I also think you need a mower storage unit now too as well as that studio and second unit for all the gear you get sent 😂😂

Have you thought about drain tile? It would take some work but you could drain it to the front storm drain on the street. Just don’t forget the slope or it will leave you very sad. 😂 The stripes and balls look nice.

Tim, do you like color in your gardens? I love your backyard, wish mine was that size. I have a lot of shrubs and flowers beds in every color. It’s almost 1 acre in garden itself and just getting too much for me. I’ll switch gardens with you 😂😂. Love your channels. 🥰

The stripes look great! It would be a great thing to use for your customers as well if you have plans for that. Is there a more fungal resistant grass you could use for the back lawn? I read that tall fescue and St. Augustine are strong against it. Also, your balls look exquisite. 👌

I would rip out the KYK and put in another variety of zoysia, much better all round grass and handles wet conditions very well.
