Good morning sir, When you start the air compressor it starts immediately so…there is an thing called VFD(Variable Frequency Drive). What it dose variable frequency drive controls the speed of an AC motor by varying the frequency supplied to the motor. The drive also regulates the output voltage in proportion to the output frequency to provide a relatively constant ratio of voltage to frequency (V/Hz), as required by the characteristics of the AC motor to produce adequate torque. I also have a reciprocating compressor i have installed the VFD.I have good experience.
Its just a advice you can plan a mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance once every month or once of in two month it will stop your breakdowns and increase machine life
1:16 A suggestion, please avoid using smartphone (specially calling) while it is plugged in. No matter which smartphone you own, there are high chances of any mishaps.
You should go for Screw Compressor for more power savings, your Air volume (in CFM) has increased. This traditional piston type compressor consumes lot of power and unplanned breakdown. GO for Screw compressor.
Very rightly said for compressor, i am mechanical engineer, screw compressor are very efficient and power consumption is low compared to reciprocating compressor, it can also work and gets unload if consumption is not available,3rd type is centrifugal compressor which are used where higer CFM is required, so being a professional parikshit is 100% correct on compressor
Why don't you add a vessel / tank for storing air pressure, if you do this you don't have to buy a new compressor, you always have air pressure for backup and that vessel will be compatible with all compressors as it is just a vessel, just try to have larger volume vessel.
Hi , just a suggestion based on observation While speaking on phone , please remove charger and speak as a safety purpose. Since u took all safety measures in workshop. I know it is weird but just to be on a safer side, since i know 2 people was also speaking while charging all of sudden their phone got exploded one user is Samsung and other user iPhone. Just a small suggestion. All ur videos are super and once i purchase new car all works will be done by yourself, From Bangalore i will travel n get the things done from you people.

Nobody shares depth knowledge on how to deal with day to day issues Just a suggestion, Hope walky talky with all department heads might solve the communication problems on the floor/ premises I see on videos you guys keep calling each other through mobile or keep asking staff "Arrey Ganesh ko dekha kya kisi ne" :) Using walky talky will be more economical and you can communicate with everyone live
Go with the IGVT power conditioner as a stabilizer I too use it on my petrol pump it will cost around 90k to 1 lakh. BTW big fan of your work brothers keep going 💖✔
Sir, i really like your painting videos. My suggestion is to have a dual system for compressors. Have a Primary and a Secondary for critical components like compressors. If your primary compressor fails your secondary will still keep your operations running. You will have time to fix the compressor.
Hi raghav please checkout the compressor piston if it fault then motor will take high amper ,2 one just removed the belt and then start moter without load. 3rd one just checkout relay trip time

The compressor motor just needs a Single phasing preventor installed with the starter. So that shuts down motor withing seconds if any of the phase is not available. Where as the relay takes almost a minute for d same
