I've loved experiencing every moment with you Katie. I'm not nearly as active in the community as many others so we've never talked much or met, but you've been a huge inspiration for me. I got to experience that airplane seatbelt NSV when I flew to Seattle in November and it was amazing just like you said. Congrats on everything and keep it up!
Love your update, Katie. I've been in Seattle a lot lately and think of you every time. I really like your dream board idea and your focus on loving yourself. I need that. I've been in a self-imposed (via eating just whatever and not trying ) stall and slump lately, and your post helped me see that it's not too late to get motivated and excited again. ♥
So glad to see you happy again. Glad you had fun in Cali with the girls. Keep at the fitness. Control the things you can and let the other stuff take care of itself. You know are an awesome person. You don't need anyone else to put that stamp of approval on you. Love yourself... you know we all do.
I'm so happy that you are in a good place! I agree that it is so easy to let all of the negative things take over and the only way to break the funk is to acknowledge the things that are going good and the accomplishments you have already achieved.
