Walking through midtown is more art than science. True mastery entails becoming 30% liquid and maintaining a low center of gravity.

2 things, the way you tricked everyone to experience an optical illusion just then is a good example of your amazing ability to tell story with the way you edit yoru videos and spider man would be travelling in circular arcs, not parabolic. i think, given that he is travelling attached to the web line (radius) that is taught under gravity

The fact that you make a video like this once a week is mind boggling

One obvious point missed in this ten year old discussion is the splitting apart of the paths of vision at the lateral geniculate nucleus. Hence single pathed movies can’t capture content related to the need for two paths.

The idea that I can know things about what you're thinking by noises you made, instantly translated over a computer, from thousands of miles away.... And then we're all...WHY WE NO JUST HAVE TELEPATHY?

If we had superpowers we wouldn't call them that. Wait... so does that mean...?

Haha pot on the radiator. A time when I am always reminded of this graceful movement is walking in the tunnel from port authority to the times sq station. It is more often than not almost silent. It seems strange to me that there is so little sound of life when there is so much of it

I love to see you nerding out over spiderman as much as I do, he's easily my favourite superhero. :D

Wow... you tied together science and superheroes. You just made my day ^_~! I'm a sequential artist, and I wonder if maybe in the future you might be interested in doing a vlog on the impact (positives and negatives, of course) of superheroes on society over the decades. I think your melodiously paced insight would be music to my ears on a topic like that. I can suggest a reading list if you're interested.

Honestly, when I saw the Spider-man thumb nail for this video, I got really excited.

I was talking about something like this recently. Traffic, man, it's a mess. If it was a game - which it kind of is - you have hundreds, maybe thousands of players interacting, every single one of them playing the game so good that a collision doesn't happen. With the speeds involved and the number of cars in use we should assume accidents would be much more common, and deadlier. Thanks, brain!

Apart from the video, I think this guy likes to see himself. No problem; he's pleasing enough to watch, but I think that's a big part of his video.

I think of this a lot when I'm walking in crowds, but my thoughts are how could I possibly program a robot to simply avoid people walking towards me especially when i have those left right left moments.
