I have faced similar power cutting issue in PC at work, try connecting the PS5 to a single power socket in case it was connected on a power strip. Some power strips cannot distribute power efficiently.

Hi guys, I hope you guys are doing well. Good to see uncle well and healthy. Coming back to PS5 issue... My friend had a similar issue and there could be 3-4 things which you can do and check if it works. 1. Do not plug it in an extension board, it works better with a direct wall outlet coz if power consumption is not proper it will not wrk. 2. Check for any firmware / software upgrades it requires. Once update is done thn try it out. Factory reset can also do the trick. 3. Do not keep the box in an enclosed space or very close to the wall as it gets overheated very easily. It's better to put the console horizontally and make sure thr is space for proper air flow. 4. Check the connection wires of the console and the HDMI cable connecting the TV and the console. 5. The last problem which can also be caused due to the motherboard and CPU is contact issues where thermal paste / liquid is not there and machine is unable to process as it is overheating. It can only be fixed by the service centre. I hope your issue gets fixed soon, pls do try the first four troubleshooting. It works for most of the time but if it's a manufacturer defect thn u r getting a new one anyways 😊 Do let me know if it does the trick!! Love and Peace 👍✌🏼

I had same issue with my PS4 it had kept overheating and i had to change the whole thermal paste of the gpu cpu and get it cleaned throughly

Check that power cable is connected properly. Had similar issue with ps4

Hello, I have also faced the similar issue for PS5. You might be facing the PS5 issue because of HDMI cable or the power outlet. The console itself is going reboot the loop because of the power outlets that you're using. This is a very known issue for PS5

I have been using my ps5 for more than a year now. Didnt face this issue. It seems like ps5 is overheating. May be the problem is with cooling fan not working. But replacing it was the best option. When you get a new ps5. I will suggest. That before playing Ragnarok. You should play the first version. Only then you will understand the story.

And also dont keep the ps5 in that small shelf space. It needs air flow for cooling. Overheating could also be a reason for the shutdown

Sir prblm might be with the cable connecting the led and ps5 or the power source
