So glad you are feeling better Nick! Thank you for making me smile every time i watch you! Seeing the beautiful sunshine is a real boost as i am in wet and windy England!! x
Never been to NYC ~"Bucket List" #4😊but this is the "Times Square" I've always envisioned. Early Evening, People shopping 🛍️ walking 'round taking care of last minute things before taking the Subway🚆home and an occasional Charismatic Weatherman showing his Moves from🤸 to 🕺
Thank you so much for simply being and sharing REAL. For those of us who grew up with a well developed and unrestrained sweet tooth; our hat’s are of to you! We have now all become scientifically woke to the destruction of sugar and it’s grip on our brain. I’ve never fallen down so much and had to hit re-start so many times doing anything. Knowing I’m not alone in the battle helps. Thanks for your uplifting and inspiring videos!! Praying for your continued success and future best health. 🎉
What’s always helped me is thinking how I’m going to feel after I eat the 1/2 gallon of ice cream? Sick, obviously but the guilt is worse. I’ve had to watch my weight since I was 12 and I’m almost 56. I’ve been pretty athletic (dancer my entire life, yoga, etc.). But there have been periods where I’ve really lost it! I got heavy, no workouts…One day at a time I suppose. But you always look great to me!! Remember to feel proud of yourself even when you f up! Just remember to back away from the sugar! Bread, ice cream, homemade cakes and pies are my biggest weaknesses!! I’m missing a few lol. Remember, we’re all in this thing called health together! I’m sure you’re motivating a lot of people to get on board and get healthy!!! 😻
I think I found my favorite dancer 👍 My new goal before this stupid cancer takes me is dancing on times square with this epic weather dude! Sugar is my main enemy too, so if anyone sees this and knows a good healthy food plan I'm all ears. Yes I'm looking for help outside the RU-vid comments haha, but sometimes one can find help in the weirdest places. Regardless, dance on weather dude as your doing a flippin good job! 😁 Peace and love ✌️♥️
@@suzc4076 I appreciate your kindness and definitely won't go out without a fight. I'm at peace with my new outcome and just gunna appreciate the new life challenge. Thank you and I wish you a long and fruitful life 😊♥️
I binged watched all your videos and now I'm just realizing you're more than just the shorts you have good videos too!!🎉🎉🎉 I came from Shafars Channel when I seen you on there I had to subbbb!!
I eat way too much sugar also. One thing I've substituted my sugar syrup for, on my pancakes, is Keto syrup sweetened with Monkfruit. No sugar, no guilt. Keep dancing, enjoy your moves!
I would LOVE to jump in to a Foam Pit. Okay, Nick, I want a pair of those Sky Zone socks (do they sell them there?). They look comfortable, too. I'm glad I wasn't surprised to know that those were cumulus clouds. I so respect the hip, leg, and footwork displayed at the end, with your dance. As someone who's got touches of arthritis in his back and legs, coupled w/ a knee missing cartilage, and feet that have had plantar fasciitis, those moves are rather problematic for me to manage, in my late 40s.
It takes about 3 days of continueessly wearing the bracelet to help, sorry to not tell you that in the comment about it, it did come to my mind until now!Hope you feel better!
Be careful, a wrong move can be costly, even cause permanent injury and paralysis. You can’t do everything, just make the best out of what you can do. You’re such a cute man, I don’t want to see anything dampen your joy. Backflipping into the foam is ok, but don’t do it on concrete.
It is very challenging to let go of sugar! You can do it. Beware of monkfruit. It usually is blended with erythritol which is highly processed. It does help for sure with sugar addiction. Good luck!
Old dog? Really?😏. Second flip was a 10. Maiko is a really good dancer. Those pants are huge. I drink Aloe juice sometimes with carrots and apples. Hey Nick we love you too. Thanks for being real.
You can always get somebody to drive forward into a pool on a diving board and you can grab their ankles before they dive facing them and as they dive forward you will learn how to arch your back to do a back dive or a backflip
Good you try to eat healthy, what can I say, I'm vegan and of course I try to share that with everyone, but even being vegan for many years sometimes I buy chips if I in a rush, Oreos (vegan but not healthy) and stuff like that so I know what you mean, the important thing is we come back on track and try to do our best. Thanks for the dancing tutorial you uploaded a while ago i'm working on it.
Love your videos Nick. To reduce your desire for unhealthy sugar cravings try adding more fiber to your diet. Intuition tells me you are not getting enough fiber in your (35-40 grams a day for a male) body.
I would love to know who you listen to or watch for your healthy lifestyle motivation. I am starting a new healthy journey and could use all the help I could get
