Huge congratulations Haley, you are such a lovely humble person and a pleasure to watch. I have my first 35 hours driver cpc next week and then can finally start looking for my first job. What a journey it’s been. It’s taken the best part of a year to get this far due in no small part to the DVLA taking much longer than usual (5 months) getting my provisional licence sorted! I am 57 and starting a whole new career, and watching you has been amazing for my confidence. Thank you Haley.

Yes, small world in automotive engineering, it used to be the case that speaking to anyone in a pub, chance they worked at or for someone who you did. Used to "Metal Bashing" capital Brum, and its close environs. Very nice reversing, just looking at HT2000 company, quite advanced and big investment in heat treatment plant, non-ferrous heat treatment is a lot more difficult that standard carbon or alloy steels. Looks like the Volvo has caught your eye 😎🙂. Looking forward to more vlogs. TTFN

Congratulations Hayley really well deserved as we seen you struggle with that course work plus a cold. not sure how you would go about being a distant manager though, because surely you need to know which vehicles are available and road worthy. yeah you can plan routes, but what if something has happened to a truck during the night while the company has closed for business for the day when the issue arrises, which as you know trucks don't stop when the office staff are back at home, usually the first ones out in the morning, and last ones home late into the night.

Congratulations on getting your Transport Managers cpc and the luxury of that Volvo. I have been signed off for the REL (rear end loader) and I have been driving the paperbank/HIAB Volvo and she is a dream to drive😍🥰 next week I am out with another driver in the hook loader Monday then HIAB / paperbank lorry for 3 days, hopefully getting training on the crane, unfortunately next friday I'm back in the dustcart out of Bridgwater depot🙄 always have problems with that truck. I am also toying with the idea of doing class 1 but not sure if I'm quite ready for that just yet

I should imagine the TM from your previous company will be wondering how they let someone so able slip through their fingers so easily. Great videos Hayley, thinking about doing the same as you and maybe going down the HGV career route. Is it definitely worth it? The wage you get for driving jobs are great but what about the hours? Are they long and affect family life at all? Keep up the videos, love watching them.

The longer bolts looks like Mercedes DD15/13 fuel injectors bolts, pretty much similar to Mercedes truck engine interior bolts. I hope am right✅
