Hello!
I am finally back! I'm truly sorry for not updating my vlog for the past few weeks but here it is! A new vlog for you guys! It is a very choppy vlog since not many interesting thing happening in my life but my new semester has already begun! I will try my very best to upload more content for all of you so stay tuned for that!

Iman, I've been also struggling with acnes (even cystic acnes) but everything got better since I reduced my daily intake of dairy products, simple carbs (white rice, noodle, white bread, refined sugar, and processed foods and beverages), broiler chicken and egg (it depends on the person but it's my major trigger due to my hormones, I guess), also try to eat more vegetables and fruits to balance out your body pH. It sounds impossible to cut them out, so I'll just tell you to reduce them lol. Maybe you can try it out and see a great change on your skin.

You don’t hAve the to put all the sticks into the diffuser. It absorbs the oils faster and kinda dries up faster as well. Just a lil suggestion to make diffuser last longer :)
