A Rollercoaster of Emotions! This week was a wild ride!
It started off with a nice workout and a coffee with a beautiful view. Then, I went shopping with a friend and tried on some clothes in a changing room that has the most amazing view ever!
The weather was perfect and August was showing off its warm and sunny side. Little did I know that the tummy pain I suddenly got would develop into a severe case of food poisoning! It robbed me of a night's sleep and made me go to the emergency room at 6am the next morning. It was the third time in the emergency room for me this year.
But even though I was feeling pretty rough, my cat Misha made sure to give me lots of love and cuddles. That, along with the treatment in the hospital and medication, helped me feel better in no time.
The next day, I was on a mission to find a nail studio to get my nails done for a photo shoot job. After asking at four different studios, I finally found one that had the colors I needed.
If you've never seen nail extensions being done, it's pretty cool! You’ll get some reference stickers on each finger, which makes you feel like Edward Scissorhands! After shaping the nails, the color is applied.
Mission accomplished!
From there, I headed straight to the photo shoot location.
here food was being prepared in the kitchen and the photo location was being set up.
Clothes were chosen for us and the fun could begin!
We were seated at A colorful table with lots of delicious-looking and smelling food that we could touch, but not eat.
Then I had to change my Outfit for a different food set up-.
After the job was done, I headed home to go straight to band rehearsal. We're getting better week by week!
The week ended with a birthday celebration for a very good friend.
This week was a wild ride, but I survived! And how could it end better than with a beautiful birthday celebration of a very good friend ? I hope you enjoyed watching my vlog!

¡Esta semana ha sido una montaña rusa!
Empezó con un buen entreno y un café con unas vistas de locos. Luego, fui de shopping con una amiga y probéme ropa en un probador con las vistas más increíbles de la historia. El clima era perfecto y agosto estaba mostrando su lado cálido y soleado.
Pero poco sabía yo que el dolor de tripa que me vino de repente se iba a convertir en un caso grave de intoxicación alimentaria. ¡Me quitó el sueño de una noche y me hizo ir a urgencias a las 6 de la mañana del día siguiente! Era la tercera vez que iba a urgencias este año.
Pero aunque me sentía fatal, mi gato Misha se encargó de darme mucho amor y mimos. Eso, junto con el tratamiento en el hospital y los medicamentos, me ayudó a sentirme mejor en poco tiempo.
Al día siguiente, estaba en una misión para encontrar un estudio de uñas para que me hicieran las uñas para un trabajo de sesión de fotos. Después de preguntar en cuatro estudios diferentes, finalmente encontré uno que tenía los colores que necesitaba.
Las extensiones de uñas son bastante guay. ¡Te ponen unas pegatinas de referencia en cada dedo, lo que te hace sentir como Edward Scissorhands! Después de dar forma a las uñas, se aplica el color. ¡Misión cumplida!
De ahí, me fui directamente al lugar de la sesión de fotos. Allí se estaba preparando la comida en la cocina y se estaba preparando la ubicación de la foto. Se eligieron las prendas para nosotros y ¡la fiesta pudo comenzar!
Nos sentamos en una mesa colorida con mucha comida deliciosa y olorosa que podíamos tocar, pero no comer. ¡Fue una experiencia muy loca!
Después de terminar el trabajo, me fui a casa para ir directamente al ensayo de la banda. ¡Nos estamos volviendo mejores semana a semana!
La semana terminó con la celebración del cumpleaños de un muy buen amigo. ¡Fue una noche de locos!
