Totally sympathizing on the hair. Had exactly the same experience several times when hairdresser starts thinning out hair for no reason. It is supposed to give texture but when there is already texture in hair it just gives you all the frizz in the world and it is horrible for hair growth as half hair is already broken along the length in all random places. Promised myself to just run away from the chair next time. Good luck and patience in evening it out. 🙏🏻
Honestly, your bobs are great - in all their lengths! Very French, trés chic. You've already broken the mold with the rich wood colours and the rug. I don't think you would regret choosing the deep green for the sofa. It would work well with your neutrals of ivory, black and wood tones. Enjoying your vlogs, this one made me chuckle, thank you!

The hair has never looked better. IMO the short compliments you the most. Reckon it will grow, you'll look back at the vids and realise it's actually gorgeous, shorter. Not many can pull that off. This has all the makings of a signature style Brittany. Embrace!
re: sofa - I think a monochrome green look with the sofa/rug would look more modern and cool, rather than matchy-matchy! with your taste and styling/accessorizing, plus how much neutral tones are in the rest of your decor, I can really see that pop of monochrome green making the room feel really distinctive and special. then again, I am biased because I love green. also, so glad you posted a video today, I'm not feeling very well and it perked me up to watch :)
i absolutely love the short hair!! Really suits your petite face. the half up half down is really nice too. Give it a chance, I'm sure it will grow on you. A new style always feels weird at first xx P.S. I read Trespasses a few months ago and loved it too. The characters have really stuck with me

I’m steering towards that deep green for the sofa, would compliment the darker bookshelves…if you love it I guess it just depends if you can handle moving/keeping the rug! Sofa to me feels like it’ll last longer Ps your short hair looks lovely! Suits you lots

Ah Brittany! I'm sorry a couple of people imposed their unsolicited opinion on your short hair. I think you *genuinely* look lovely and it does not look bad at all. I know we are often our worst critics to ourselves, but I think it's amazing that you can pull off both short and long hair!! All in all, I understand when we prefer something a specific way it can be jarring when its not; so I get it! But you look wonderful, nevertheless! Also a green couch will look chef's kiss! It'll be a subtle but statement piece for the living room! Looking forward to what you end up choosing!
5 foot zero here and managed to get a blue and black pair of Weekday Voyage jeans L28, a while ago because of you, so thank you. So annoying that they have no short length jeans anymore.

We have a green slip covered velvet sofa and have loved it but I tend to like neutrals and add colorful seasonal bits. Since the sofa has slip covers, I can slip them off and below is a neutral sofa.

Dear Brittany, first of all I want to say that I, too, love the short bob. 😊 Sure, do whatever you love most - but I really like it like this! ♥️ I think a green sofa is very classic, somewhat academic looking, or nostalgic, not sure how to describe it in English. Anyhow, my sister actually has one in her office and it looks so cozy and sophisticated at the same time. And simply everyone has a cream/beige coloured sofa. 😂🤷♀️ Aeyde has a pair of quite similar boots, only they also have a buckle. Don’t know whether you were thinking of them…? Love your vlogs - as ALWAYS - and I have already ordered both books for my mum, who is from Belfast. Thank you for regular great advice on books.
