I know the feeling so well sis trust me! We’re the same height too 🤗 Like you said so beautifully it’s a learning path with the Lord. He’s showing us every single day how beautiful and precious we are as his daughters. Our value as daughters of the most high lies in our hearts anyways 🥹 but it’s good to know that we’re on this path with Jesus together 🫂🤍

I'm 52 and have struggled with it too, 6ft tall. I've learned to give myself grace. It's hard.

I don't have PCSOS but some symptoms of it, and I see God moving things also. A prayer that I do is : "Lord, you my desire to take care of myself and to be secured about it, I'm not a male but a female so, help with that." All the time since few days I ask the Lord to heal me and show how to take care of myself. He is showing up thank you Jesus. ✨💕🥹 Recently the facial hair really made me unsecured because they were growing so much. So, I'm really happy to see that I'm not alone as well, and I get better why the Lord was telling me to "watch the video". Our Abba is really Good. He finds us beautiful anyway, I'm learning to anchor that deeply in my heart. 💕🥹

The Lord is so intentional sis! We’re on this journey with Jesus together 🫂🤍 I’ll definitely go more in depth about these things at some point! It helps knowing that we’re not alone. And will definitely mention it when I come to the US. Hopefully soon if the Lord wills it 🥰

The pancakes are made of healthy ingredients though. Homemade with oats, 1 banana, 1 egg, blueberries and honey 🙏🏽

@@deborahbx_ Oats = carbohydrates and fiber Blueberries = carbohydrates and fiber Bananas = carbohydrates and fiber Honey = carbohydrates Eggs = protein and fat Carbohydrates become sugar after being digested. So let's look at your ingredients again: Oats = -carbohydrates- sugar and fiber Blueberries = -carbohydrates- sugar and fiber Bananas = -carbohydrates- sugar and fiber Honey = -carbohydrates- sugar Eggs = protein and fat In other words, that meal is mostly sugar with some fiber and a little protein and fat. Yeah, I know, this is not what anyone wants to hear. I understand. But it is the truth. I have no reason to lie to you or trick you. Eating that much sugar in just one meal is like pouring gasoline on your PCOS fire. I really hate to say it because those foods are so yummy and enjoyable and seem so natural and healthy. The problem is the (1) amount of sugar and (2) frequency. Your body just can't handle it, and it is showing you that in the form of PCOS. All carbs (even the "natural" or "good" ones) turn to sugar after you eat them. The sugar brings insulin. Too much insulin directly contributes to PCOS symptoms. You can test for yourself. Get your fasting insulin tested. If the test comes back over 5.0, then you have high insulin levels. You can also check HBA1C test. If it comes back over 5.6, you have high insulin and are probably prediabetic or fully diabetic. You can also look at triglycerides & HDL. If your Trigs are over 100 and your HDL is under 50, you have insulin issues. These are all cheap tests. Should only cost $20 out of pocket for Fasting Insulin. Get tested. I'm betting your insulin levels are high because of eating meals like that. I am not trying to be mean or hateful or anything. It just is what it is. I hate to see you suffer with PCOS.
