Not only did you give birth you had major surgery give yourself some grace. After having a baby, you never feel like yourself. It’s always a new version of you. it looks like you’re doing great. Welcome to mommy gang❤❤❤

Lourdes, baby. Give yourself some grace love. You will drop that weight in no time. I gave birth naturally and lost all of the weight within 6months. You had a C section, take it day by day as your bodies go through a different type of trauma. Breastfeeding is going to assist with that weight loss and as soon as your cleared for working out, you will be back to you before you know it! Mom life doesn't change us completely unless you allow it to. The only thing mom life changed for me was my mentality and I loved going out doing kid friendly things more than anything, but you will find your balance in time. You will get back to you, you will get back to feeling sexy again, you will get back to intimacy, date nights and all the things. Its just a process. So Excited for this Mommy content. it allows me to relive those days in a way. My baby is 11, now. The time flies, even when your there 24/7 lol 💚

It's a beautiful thing to watch the transition of preparing for motherhood to motherhood! From one mommy to another you are doing amazing job, I say this because a great mother can recognize another great mother. You haven't been posting as much because you are tending to your baby girl 👏🏽 take all the time you need to embrace this huge shift in your life. I want to encourage you to be patient with yourself, the changes to your body and overall mental it all comes with the territory pretty girl. You are still caring the baby fat. And don't worry. Once you heal and able to get around better. All the weight will melt off so fast. You are going to be surprised how quickly you get back to your normal size before having the baby. So take one day at a time. Mom's are so special. They are always ready to help and do what ever it takes to help.

Cousin, it took me two whole years to feel like myself again. That C section was a horrible experience but I’ll do it again. Make sure you wrap your stomach please. Stay calm, I promise you are doing great!!!
