Hi Gugu. With our branch we only do sales. But we do have a rentals department so if a client is looking to rent out their property we refer them to that department.
At least when you are not in the mood for cold calling u cn put it off till d next day. I work in a call center & there a client's swears u nw, u have no time 2 nurse feelings or emotions. U dial d entire day nommatter how u feel🤦
That must be a lot to deal with, I really find it difficult to continue calling after someone has been unpleasant to me. But I really want to get over that hurdle because I feel like I am hindering myself.
