I love the long vlogs! I've been in a place in my life where anxiety and depression has kind of been more present, but when I can watch a chill long, motivational vlog from such a real feeling person it motivates me to get up and get ready while I watch. i have gum recession too on four of my bottom teeth from braces, had to get a grafting surgery which was quite a process for me. my doctor told me to only brush side to side (very soft toothbrush) upwards gently on those teeth and floss regularly. i also bought my own plaque tools because i have a permanent retainer, but you have to be very careful with them!
GUM HEALTH RECOMMENDATION: Gum stimulator, its a device with a silicone pick at the end. And you sort of massage and use a slight pressure in between each tooth and around both sides of your gum line. Improves blood circulation and removes plaque that could lead to gum diseases.
hi meg!! i’m a dental assistant, and i’ve also been experiencing some recession on my lower anterior teeth because of braces as well! there’s an instrument that’s helpful for gum health, it’s called a gum stimulator, they help increase blood flow to the gum tissue and strengthen the tissue as well. i recommend trying one of those if your new toothbrush doesn’t help!

At home dermaplaning is different than getting it done by a professional and commonly breaks people out and causes a lot of bumps on the skin. Professional dermaplaning uses a scalpel and removes the dead layer from your skin. At home is only removing dry skin and fuzz but usually causes more irritation
I had the same problem with my apple watch and siri! I discovered in the watch settings you can change the orientation of the watch so the screen will flip and you can put the crown on the inside! I changed mine and it never goes off unintentionally anymore! Love ya xoxo

I’m from Portland so I went to Deering Oaks all the time as a kid and drive by it all the time now, a friend of mine is obsessed with Taco Escobarr, and my best friend lives in New Gloucester (your pronunciation of this was KILLING me 😂), right down the road from the Intervale market! We love going in the summer for dinner, my favs are always pasta salad and carrot cake 🤩 I’m sorry your stay was so rainy but I hope your trip was still a good one and you’ll visit again when you’re a New Englander!

my partner and i started to separate our laundry and be separately responsible for getting it done and for some reason it has really helped me to not get behind on it (even tho i was typically 90% of the laundry) maybe you two could try that because getting five six loads behind is such a bitchhh

I HOPE you see my message. But back in like 2009 maybe when sonicare or this heavy duty tooth brushes came out. My dental hygienist told me that if I bought that then be careful. She said you have to go one stroke down on each tooth in front back and bottom. She said other wise if you treat it like a handheld toothbrush you will strip all the enamel on your teeth and make it more sensitive. BEST BEST BEST ADVICE I ever got.
I told her thank you and to this day I stick with hand held toothbrushes just the old fashion way and use the soft bristles because medium and hard bristles do the same.
