I tell my husband that I'm scared of therapy lest it unleashes, who knows, the sleeping dogs. I'm scared to know this other person who lives inside of me, what if I don't like her. The same reason I don't take alcohol. Who could I be if I'm unhinged. It's a risk I'm not willing to take because would I be able to live with myself afterwards. Ku tricky sana.

The book sounds interesting, I believe in God and therapy, because somethings you need a neutral professional person to process but ultimately God is the answer.I know my husband will love that place will let him know about it. Hi sana nice vlog as always. I'm so glad you brought up the topic of therapy via the book. I think for the most part people place so much faith in man to heal what Only God Almighty can heal. That is why you find people going to therapy for years and still not get healed some even regress. We need to place God in all our lifes struggles and challenges we face on this life journey. 🙏

Mam! I get what you feel when you enter the store.. that's how much I feel when i get into decor stores..even if not buying i feel good..happy ..please next vlog take some time in the store.
