I’m an esthetician I usually don’t recommend anything unless I speak to clients personally to get a feel of what could be causing their skin to react. First I’d say please seek professional like a dermatologist or an Esthetician for advice before you start treating your skin for “acne”. Alot of theses products on the market honestly just make the skin even more inflamed and reactive than it is already. Second I’d just say evaluate your lifestyle as the skin reacts to internal and external triggers such as diet, hormonal imbalances, stress ...environmental factors etc

I know you always talk about your skin and how you was planning on going Roacutane, I’ve been on it twice (the second time my skin wasn’t as bad but i kept getting flare ups) but I soon figured it was actually the food creating the flare ups! So maybe track what you’re eating and see what makes your spots flare up, mine was cheese, alcohol and red meat. I’ve not had any flares up after I cut them out Xx

Ayss! For the painful spots you should use ice on them, wrap an ice cube in a paper towel or towel and leave it on top of your spot for 10 mins or a bit less and it honestly makes them numb and gets rid of the throbbing pain xx

Obviously I dont know, but could it be wearing foundation too often what's causing the acne? If i put on foundation once I break out. Thats why I never do, just a bit of concealer and bronzer. I think you both look beautiful 🤍🤍
