The manual pumps are so good! When I got a blocked duct I stopped using my electric pump. The manual isn't painful but it's strong and precise. My duct issues totally cleared up once I exclusively used the hand pump. Love the pregnancy videos. Congratulations!

Spectra is the best! I have exclusively pumped twice and I’ve only used Spectra pumps. Make sure to stock up on pump parts because you will need to replace them often. You can get attachments to fit different bottles to use with your pump.

i’m an infant teacher & both sleep sacks are great! but honestly love the halo sleep sack swaddles! the velcro straps can wrap around babies waist with their arms out once baby can roll…and it still gives them that swaddled feeling. my babies always sleep better with it lol

Sarai, try using and incorporating a magnesium spray for your underarms as well. Lots of times when we smell under our arms it's due to a magnesium deficiency.

I always remove as much makeup as possible with a makeup wipe and then use a balm. I hate rubbing it in too. It feels so icky!

Sarai I'm so excited for you guys!! It's such a fun season to be in as you prepare for baby. I just wanted to say that I feel like I always got the best output with a manual pump! They worked great for me. But I have also heard SO many great things about the Spectra, I just never got to try it myself! Also I LOVED my Haakaa. I used it to collect all my letdown to start my freezer stash. I even have some colostrum still from before my milk fully came in! They also make a "Ladybug" Haakaa that fits into your bra which was great to use as well if I needed something more convenient. We love our Hatch and we also have used the Halo sleep swaddles/sacks since our baby was born. He was quite the hoodini and would literally break out of every single swaddle we put him in, but the Halo swaddles seemed to contain him the best haha. We also enjoyed the "Love to Dream" swaddles! Again, so excited for you guys! I know every baby is different but I wanted to share how much we have enjoyed those products as well. I hope you guys do too! ❤

I started leaking colostrum super early too. I ended up hand expressing because I was leaking a lot and froze it and I’m so glad I did because she ended up going into the NICU (she was overdue) & ended up using all of my frozen colostrum almost had to use donor but thank god I was collecting all that time!
