I very recently subscribed, so I like to think I helped get you to 10,000+! Usually when I watch vlogs of people grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, they don't talk directly to the camera and it's just background noise and subtitles. I've always found that style comforting. However, I'm really really enjoying your videos even more because you talk directly to the camera and are so positive! I feel like you're talking directly to me and I'm at the restaurant with you, or visiting in your apartment! It's like we are friends but you have no idea who I am! There was a video earlier you did where you made a three color bowl (ground beef, egg, and green onion over rice). I really loved the look of it and assumed you made up the recipe. But I did some research and learned it's an actual dish and I went out of my way to recreate it this morning for brunch! My American grocery store actually carries Mirin sauce, and this was my first time adding sugar to beef and sugar into eggs! I wish I could show you a picture because it turned out perfect and so pretty just like yours!! You are definitely inspiring me, all the way in Colorado!! And I am obsessed with your vlogs!! I have to know: Do you work at thR same grocery store you shop at 8 times a week?? ❤️

Coffee making advice: Pouring boiled water directly into the coffee powder might give a burnt taste due to the extreme heat. Instead, mix cold and hot water 50% full, stir it, and then only fill the rest of the 50% hot water should give a better tasting coffee (without burnt).
