Your ragout looks like "Waterzooi" from Belgium. We don't use brocoli, but we add leek (+potatoes, onions, carrots, chicken, water, when it's ready, add some cream + yolk egg). I'll try with some brocoli next time I'll prepare a waterzooi, sounds interesting !

Hi Okashun: My favorite hot dogs are the Coney Island hot dogs in New York City in the USA. The hot dogs are filled with great flavor, toppings, and a certain crunch to them when you bite into them! I really hope you will try them some day! Your hot dog looks great too.

Bonjour ! Merci pour cette vidéo aujourd'hui encore ! 2 heures ?!? Vous en avez du courage tous les deux! Faire la queue aussi longtemps seul, c'est déjà difficile mais avec des enfants, c'est impossible... Je crois que je serais allé ailleurs 😅 C'est bien d'avoir aiguisé ton couteau ! Mais rince le toujours après ! Il reste toujours des particules de métal sur la lame après l'aiguisage. Ton ragoût me fait penser à un plat français que nous appelons "la blanquette". C'est un ragoût que l'on fait généralement avec du veau (mais le veau étant très cher, on la fait parfois avec de la dinde) c'est délicieux quand il fait frois dehors! Et si tu en prépares assez, tu peux même en manger 2 fois! C'est encore meilleur le deuxième jour!
