Our dog does that. If we give him soft food, he will not eat if we put hard food in his bowl next. We learned that he will eat the hard food eventually, lol. Cuz nobody has time for you to be picky 🦦😂

The more you go, the more endurance will have to keep up. 10 pound free weights at the house. You will have the body you want for your birthday. Discipline is key.

Hello Q and King Charlie. The way King Charlie keeps his eyes on you when you are doing your steps is hilarious. I love the hair and yes the hair does remind me of Betty Boop but it is adorable. I am still working on the juicing but it makes me hungry and hale. What is that about? I will try the step routine one day but like you I prefer to do weight training.

I don’t get too hungry, sometimes I don’t even drink them before they good bad. I eat a regular meal for dinner maybe that’s why I’m able to hold off. It’s like a reward when I actually eat. Lol

Hey there! Step is too fun. I think it’s the music. The food truck was in Beachwood. Beachwood food truck park. The trucks change everyday though. They have a schedule online.

Especially when you chastising Charlie. You should try talking your allergy pills a night it makes a big difference. I know because my son has allergies and i just found out a two months ago i do too. My son has had allergy since he was 5years old! My poor baby!
